Okay...since I hardly ever post on this thing. I think I will write about the books I read and use this as an exercise accountability posting. Today I walk/jogged 1.428 miles in 30 minutes. I know its not much, but considering how out of shape I am, trust me, I've had to work for 2 weeks to get to this point. I'm doing a Couch to 5K program from coolrunning.com. Supposedly by the end of 3 months I should be able to run 3 miles without stopping. Considering I've never been able to run a mile even when I was in good shape, this seems like a small miracle. I'll be happy with a mile, but hey if I can do 3...maybe one day I'll be able to run in a 5K. That would be such an accomplishment. But I'll take it one day at a time and see what happens.

GOOD LUCK! Need to come by and check out the treadmill. Wish we had one, but just wouldn't know where to put it. You'd think that keeping up with three little ones on a daily basis would keep me in shape and skinny--WRONG! :) Love y'all! Brooke ;)
